Mick Chegwidden’s tasty mando, guitar, dobro and banjo licks ha
ve been rocking stages big and small for over two decades now. He played his first gig at the age of seven and has answered the call to the stage ever since. Regardless of style or instrument, Mick’s distinctive sound stands out in every song he performs.
Mick is one of the fortunate few who get to do what they're passionate about for a living. He arrived on the scene in Portland, OR at age 19 and has been a perennially working musician ever since. He has preformed in numerous bands and shared the stage with so many talented performers including: Jaida Dreyer, De la Sol, Chis Ledoux, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Brian White, Joe Nichols, Charles Neville, Blake Shelton, Tony Furtado, Willy Mac, and Kelly Joe Phelps.
Mick recently left the Great Pacific Northwest behind to come home to Country's promised land, Nashville, TN.
His musical style is rooted in Counrty, Americana and Bluegrass but his talents have brought him expericence with many genres including Rock, Funk, Jazz, Punk, Latin, African Highlife, Irish, Folk, and all sorts of Roots Music .
